A. The Governor shall be the appointing authority pursuant to the Interstate Compact for Juveniles. B. The Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs shall serve as the Compact Administrator pursuant to the Interstate Compact for Juveniles.Added by Laws 2013, c. 368, § 1.
