A municipality may enter into agreements for used equipment that has been tested and certified as safe with a volunteer fire department and shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of such equipment by the volunteer fire department. Added by Laws 2016, c. 150, § 1, eff. Nov 1, 2016.
