The governing body of a governmental unit may provide for the erection of buildings for any such recreational purposes or functions by providing for a tax levy therefor under the provisions of Section 10, Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 33-113, eff. July 1, 1978.
