There is hereby established a fund to be designated as the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement Fund. All employee and employer contributions shall be deposited in the Fund and may be invested as provided in this article. Laws 1980, c. 352, § 33, eff. Jan. 1, 1981.
