§ 11-49-141

Any such person shall be entitled to participate in any independent insurance or other benefits offered by such municipality, or its fire department or members thereof, to the same effect as though he were in the actual service of such fire department. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 49-141, eff. July 1, 1978.
