The election shall be conducted in accordance with applicable election laws. A separate ballot shall be prepared for submitting the question of whether or not the city shall become an incorporated town. The ballot shall be in substantially the following form: Shall the City of _________ become an incorporated town and be known as the Town of ________?( ) Yes.( ) No.Laws 1977, c. 256, § 5-103, eff.
