§ 11-52-105

Upon payment of the fee prescribed by the division, an annual certificate shall be issued to any person, not less than eighteen (18) years of age and of good moral character, who has successfully completed the training provided for each year. Said certificate shall expire on June 30 next following its issuance and may be renewed from year to year upon completion of the yearly training program and payment of the fee. The division may refuse to renew such certificate upon failure of an applicant during the year to complete the training program offered or approved by it unless waived by action of the division. Each application for a certificate or renewal shall be accompanied by a payment of the prescribed fee. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 52-105, eff.
