Upon the approval of an application by the Director and at his direction, monies in the Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund shall be disbursed to a center for operational costs of approved center programs. The method of reimbursement for dispute resolution program costs shall be specified by the Director pursuant to rules and regulations. Added by Laws 1985, c. 260, § 7, eff. Nov. 1, 1985.
