Short Titles. (a) Sections 1-101 through 11-107 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Uniform Commercial Code'.(b) This article shall be known and may be cited as 'Uniform Commercial Code - General Provisions'.Added by Laws 1961, p. 69, § 1-101.
