(1) With respect to a 'Consumer Credit Sale', 'Consumer Lease', or 'Consumer Loan', no creditor shall limit or refuse to extend credit solely on the basis of the sex or marital status of the consumer. (2) The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Administrator of the Department of Consumer Credit in accordance with his statutory powers and duties.Added by Laws 1974, c. 95, § 1.
