The seller or lender shall disclose to the buyer or debtor the fact that such a fee will be charged and collected for dishonored checks, negotiable orders of withdrawal or share drafts issued by the buyer or debtor. Added by Laws 1984, c. 51, § 3, emerg. eff. March 28, 1984.
