A. The Corporation Commission shall take action as necessary to cause the expansion of Wide Area Calling Plans to include every local telephone exchange which is the sole unincluded exchange seated in a county where all the other exchanges seated in said county are already included in a Wide Area Calling Plan. B. For the purposes of this section, 'seated' shall mean the place at which the central switch for the local exchange is sited.C. The expansion shall be revenue neutral with respect to the affected local exchange companies.D. The inclusion of the affected exchanges shall take effect on December 31, 1996.Added by Laws 1996, c. 357, § 1, emerg. eff. June 14, 1996.
