§ 17-348-9

Any person or persons violating the provisions of Sections 348 through 348.9 of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for ninety (90) days or both for each offense. In addition thereto, the Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to punish any person or persons violating the rules and regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to Sections 348 through 348.9 of this title for contempt, and any person found guilty of violating the rules and regulations of the Corporation Commission adopted pursuant to Sections 348 through 348.9 of this title may be fined any amount not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
