FAILURE TO PAY REGISTERED AGENT FEES A domestic or foreign limited liability company or registered series for which the Secretary of State acts as the registered agent that fails to pay the registered agent fee by the due date as provided in paragraph 12 of Section 2055 of this title shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 2012.1 and 2055.2 of this title.Added by Laws 1996, c. 69, § 15, eff.
