The State Banking Commissioner may appoint a savings and loan administrator with special duties and authority of conducting and supervising examinations of associations in addition to such other duties as the Commissioner may assign to the savings and loan administrator. The bond of the savings and loan administrator shall be the same as that set for the Deputy State Banking Commissioner.Added by Laws 1970, c. 101, § 13, eff. June 1, 1970.
