The Secretary of State shall have charge and collect for: (a) Filing articles of incorporation, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00);(b) Filing articles of amendment, Ten Dollars ($10.00);(c) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00);(d) Filing articles of conversion, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00);(e) Filing certificate of change of principal office, Ten Dollars ($10.00);(f) Issuing certificate of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger or conversion, or any certified copy thereof, Five Dollars ($5.00).Amended by Laws 1984, c. 229, § 8, operative July 1, 1984.
