FILING FEES. The filing fees for records filed under the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009 by the Secretary of State shall be: 1. For filing articles of organization, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);2. For filing an amendment to articles of organization or restated articles of organization, Fifty Dollars ($50.00);3. For filing articles of merger or conversion, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);4. For filing a statement of change of a designated office, agent for service of process, address of an agent for service of process, or a statement of resignation of registered agent, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00);5. For filing a name reservation or notice of transfer, Ten Dollars ($10.00);6. For filing an annual report, Fifty Dollars ($50.00);7. For issuing a certificate of good standing, Twenty Dollars ($20.00);8. For acting as registered agent, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); and9. For filing any other certificate, statement, notice or other document for which a fee is not otherwise specified under the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009, Fifty Dollars ($50.00).Added by Laws 2009, c. 68, § 28, eff.
