Within ten (10) days of the filing of the final plans, specifications and cost estimates with the county clerk, the board of county commissioners shall, by resolution, direct the county assessor to appraise and apportion the benefits to the several lots and tracts of land which shall be described in the resolution according to the record title of the land. Any error in the description of any lot or tract of land liable for assessments shall not invalidate such assessment or lien. Added by Laws 1978, c. 208, § 12, eff. Jan. 1, 1979.
