It shall be the duty of the officers charged by law with the levying of taxes for county purposes to levy annually an amount sufficient to pay the principal and interest due each year on the bonds issued pursuant to this act. Added by Laws 1982, c. 327, § 5, emerg. eff. June 1, 1982.
