Within fifteen (15) days from the date of a county election concerning a sales tax question, the county clerk shall send to the State Auditor and Inspector a copy of the ballot concerning the sales tax question. This section only applies if the sales tax question was passed by the voters of the county. Added by Laws 1998, c. 196, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1998.
