Any person parking a motor or other vehicle in such a parking lot without paying the parking fee, as provided for and fixed in said resolution, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Dollars ($5.00). Added by Laws 1959, p. 101, § 2.
