Effective January 1, 1983, travel expenses for district attorneys, investigators and all personnel of district attorney offices incurred in the performance of necessary official duties shall be paid pursuant to the State Travel Reimbursement Act. The District Attorneys Council shall allocate to the district attorney offices the funds appropriated in such manner as it deems equitable. Added by Laws 1982, c. 340, § 18, emerg. eff. June 2, 1982.
