The board may establish a schedule of fees for inspections and investigations, which said fees shall be reasonable and proportionate to the services rendered and benefits involved, and shall be paid into the general fund of the county. Added by Laws 1970, c. 324, § 15, emerg. eff. April 28, 1970.
