A. The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate rules for the administration, implementation, and enforcement of the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act. B. For the performance of its duties and responsibilities, the Board is authorized to employ such personnel and agents as may be required within the funds available.Added by Laws 1998, c. 232, § 12, eff.
