It shall be a violation of the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act for any person not exempt from the provisions of the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act to: 1. Maintain a regulated article without a permit from the State Board of Agriculture;2. Move a regulated article without permission;3. Release a regulated article into the environment without a permit;4. Fail to comply with a quarantine or destruction order; and5. Fail to pay a permit fee.Added by Laws 1990, c. 226, § 7, emerg. eff.
