A. All funds of the free district fair association shall be deposited in a bank selected by the board of directors of such association. An accurate and itemized account of such funds shall be kept together with the itemized statement of disbursements and canceled checks for disbursements. B. No disbursement shall be made except upon a check signed by the president, and countersigned by the secretary of a free district fair association.C. An annual report of the itemized receipts and disbursements shall be made to the Governor and the Chairman of the Oklahoma State Board of Agriculture.Added by Laws 1923, c. 125, p. 207, § 11.
