The county commissioners of the counties of this state, having a county fair association, organized pursuant to the laws of Oklahoma, are hereby authorized to appropriate any sum of money not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each year to be offered as special premiums, such special premiums to be determined upon by the county commissioners and the directors of the fair association. Such money shall be used to pay premiums of the county fair for exhibits of agricultural and horticultural products and improved stock. Added by Laws 1910-11, c. 118, p. 260, § 1.
