At the first meeting of the Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and Market Development Commission, the Commission shall elect a chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer from among the membership, and thereafter at the first meeting of each fiscal year. The Commission shall meet at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as called by the chair or by a majority of the Commission. Added by Laws 1973, c. 164, § 7, emerg. eff.
