Within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this act, the Oklahoma Beef Council shall promulgate the necessary rules for the Council to carry out the intent and purposes of the Oklahoma Beef Improvement and Market Development Act. Added by Laws 2004, c. 34, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 2004.
