A. The at-large member appointed by the Governor, pursuant to Section 2-1 of this title, shall be the President of the State Board of Agriculture and shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. B. The President shall be the executive officer of the Board and, in the absence of the Board, shall, subject to approval of the Board, perform all of the duties imposed by law.C. The Board shall elect a Secretary who shall not be a member of the Board. The Board shall fix the duties of the person appointed.Added by Laws 1955, p. 2, art. 2, § 3, emerg. eff. June 3, 1955.
