A. For the purposes of the State Board of Agriculture, seasonal employees employed by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry who work less than nine hundred ninety-nine (999) hours in a twelve-month period shall be considered temporary employees and shall be unclassified. The Department may employ seasonal employees throughout the calendar year. B. The Department, in its annual budget request, shall include a summary of the use of project labor, which shall include the number of workers employed under the provisions of this section and the total wages paid to these employees.Added by Laws 2015, c. 391, § 1, emerg. eff.
