A. Sections 20-1 through 20-29 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Oklahoma Swine Feeding Operations Act'. B. The purpose of the Oklahoma Swine Feeding Operations Act is to provide for environmentally responsible construction and expansion of swine feeding operations and to protect the safety, welfare and quality of life of persons who live in the vicinity of a swine feeding operation.Added by Laws 1969, c. 116, § 1.
