The State Board of Agriculture is authorized to promulgate rules for the administration, implementation, and enforcement of the Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act. For the performance of its duties and responsibilities, the Board is authorized to employ such personnel and agents as may be required with the funds available. Added by Laws 2007, c. 31, § 30, eff.
