The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall establish and maintain by November 1, 2006, a tick eradication program. Funding for this program shall be appropriated to the Department as directed by the Legislature. Added by Laws 2006, c. 211, § 21, eff. Nov. 1, 2006.
