A. It shall be unlawful for any person to plant, nurture or otherwise commercially produce castor beans containing the toxin ricin in this state. B. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).C. Provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.Added by Laws 2012, c. 5, § 1, emerg. eff. April 2, 2012.
