Upon receiving the report of the returns of the referendum, the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall determine: 1. The number of votes cast for and against the referendum proposition;2. The total volume of production of the commodity during the relevant production period; and3. The percentage of the total volume of production of the commodity that was produced by those voting in favor of the referendum proposition.Added by Laws 2014, c. 371, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 2014.
