No biological products, including but not limited to antigens, used to immunize, test, or treat livestock or animals for foreign animal diseases shall be manufactured, produced, transported, distributed, sold, offered for sale, or possessed in this state unless the biological product has been licensed or permitted by the United States Department of Agriculture, and approved by the State Veterinarian. Biological products shall be administered or used only by those persons approved by the State Veterinarian. Added by Laws 1996, c. 75, § 5, eff. July 1, 1996.
