The cost of inspection rendered under the requirements of this act shall be borne by this state, except as provided in Section 5 of this act and except that the cost of overtime and holiday work performed in establishments subject to the provisions of this act, at such rates as the Board may determine, shall be borne by such establishments. Sums received by the Board in reimbursement for sums paid out by it for such premium pay work shall be available without fiscal year limitation to carry out the purposes of this section. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Laws 1970, c. 260, § 23, emerg. eff. April 22, 1970.
