All feral swine shall be restrained by the owner at all times and seasons of the year from running at large in this state. Any damages caused by feral swine trespassing upon lands of another shall be recovered in any manner provided by law. Added by Laws 2007, c. 5, § 12, eff. Nov. 1, 2007.
