All livestock declared to be infected with brucellosis shall be immediately quarantined and shall be disposed of only as prescribed in the approved plan. Prior to movement or change of ownership, plans for disposition of infected animals shall be made and reported to the State Veterinarian. Added by Laws 1955, p. 48, art. 6(E), § 9.
