A. The State Board of Agriculture may inspect, sample, analyze, and test soil amendments distributed in this state at any time and place, and to the extent necessary to determine whether the soil amendments are in compliance with the Soil Amendment Act. B. The Board and its employees or agents are authorized to enter upon public or private property during regular working hours to access soil amendments for the purpose of administering the Soil Amendment Act.Added by Laws 1975, c. 181, § 9, emerg. eff.
