Negotiable public warehouse receipts shall be in a form prescribed and designed by the State Board of Agriculture. The Board shall furnish warehouse receipts to warehousemen at a price commensurate with the cost of preparation, printing and delivery. Added by Laws 1955, p. 81, art. 9(B), § 8.
