A. The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate rules necessary to carry out the provisions of the Public Warehouse and Commodity Indemnity Act. B. The rules shall conform as nearly as practicable to the requirements of the United States Warehouse Act, as amended, its successor and any regulations developed thereunder.Added by Laws 1955, p. 83, art. 9(B), § 18.
