Any person receiving benefits from the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges as of June 30, 2001, who continues to receive benefits on or after July 1, 2002, shall receive a five percent (5%) increase in said benefits on July 1, 2002. Added by Laws 2002, c. 394, § 3, eff. July 1, 2002.
