Procedures. After the Supreme Court or Court of Criminal Appeals of this state has accepted a certified question, proceedings shall be governed by the rules of the court. The procedures for certification from this state to a receiving court are those provided in the rules and statutes of the receiving forum. Added by Laws 1973, c. 22, § 10, operative July 1, 1973.
