A. For fiscal year 2021 and each fiscal year thereafter, except as otherwise provided by the Board on Judicial Compensation after the effective date of this act, the following judicial officers shall receive compensation for their services, payable monthly as follows: 1. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall receive an annual salary of One Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Forty-nine Dollars ($172,049.00); and2. An Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall receive an annual salary of One Hundred Sixty-one Thousand One Hundred Twelve Dollars ($161,112.00).B. Any increase in salary provided for in subsection A of this section must be paid from existing available funds.Added by Laws 1997, c. 384, § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.
