§ 20-95-2

If the district court shall hold court in more than one city in a county, the court, when sitting in a particular city, may be designated as 'The District Court of _______ County, ________ (name of city) Division'. Added by Laws 1968, c. 144, § 3, eff. Jan. 13, 1969.
