In all cases in which a charge or violation of any section or sections of this act is brought against a person who cannot be found in this state, the executive authority of this state, being the Governor or any person performing the functions of Governor by authority of the law of this state, shall demand extradition of such person from the executive authority of the state in which such person may be found, pursuant to the law of this state. Laws 1968, c. 121, § 13, emerg. eff. April 4, 1968.
