Any person convicted of the offense of: 1. Unlawful hazardous waste transportation shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years or a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) or both such fine and imprisonment;2. Unlawful waste management with respect to:a.waste other than hazardous waste shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), andb.hazardous waste shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years or a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or both such fine and imprisonment;3. Unlawful disposal of hazardous waste shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5)
