§ 21-1550-1

1. The term 'credit card' means an identification card or device issued to a person, firm or corporation by a business organization which permits such person, firm or corporation to purchase or obtain goods, property or services on the credit of such organization. 2. 'Debit card' means an identification card or device issued to a person, firm or corporation by a business organization which permits such person, firm or corporation to obtain access to or activate a consumer banking electronic facility.Laws 1961, p. 233, § 1; Laws 1981, c. 86, § 1, emerg. eff.
